Saturdays and Sundays call out for some tea-time snacks. Something or the other has to be made. I mostly opt for healthy snacks like boiled peanuts, fruit chat or toasted nuts but at times the huss himself asks for something fried. But this weekend was very different. He asked for something fried and cheesy. So out came the leftover bread slices and some cheese. The stuffing was simple to make. Cheese, lots of cheese and some seasoning. Soak, stuff, roll and fry. Snack ready!!!
This will come very handy when you have surprise guests...

~*What U Need*~
Grated Cheese - 1 cup
Oregano - 1/2 tsp
Chilli flakes - 1 tsp
Onion(small) - 1
Salt
Bread slices - 6
Water - to dip
Oil
How I Made it:
Mix the cheese, oregano, chilli flakes, finely chopped onion and salt. Dip the bread slices in
water for 1 second. Squeeze out the excess water and flatten it. Place a generous amount of the cheese mixture in the centre, close the edges and roll into balls. Heat oil in a kadai, deep fry the balls till evenly brown.
Note: Shaping into balls or rolls is upto you. I found the balls to be easy.
Serve hot with ketchup.
So thats it Folks...
With Love,

Signs off!!!
