This recipe is a slight variation to the regular toast. I wanted to add more flavors to my toast and that is when I grabbed some vanilla and cinnamon. And the taste and smell was awesome. The waft of the vanilla together with soft and fluffy bread would knock you out. Have it with some milkshake and voila your breakfast is complete !!!
~*What U Need*~
White / Brown Bread slices - 4 to 5
Egg - 1
Milk - 3 tbsp
Sugar - 3 tbsp (adjust as reqd)
Vanilla bean - 1/4 scraped
or
Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon powder - a pinch
Oil / ghee

How I Made it:
Bring the milk to a boil along with the vanilla bean and sugar. This is done to infuse the vanilla flavor. Once cooled, sieve out the vanilla bean. In case you are using vanilla essence, add it to the cooled down milk. Add in the cinnamon and whisk well.
Lightly beat the egg and to this mix the milk. Heat a tawa and add ghee/oil to it. Dip the bread in the mixture and coat both sides. Place this on the tawa and toast both sides till evenly brown.
Serve topped with chocolate syrup / honey / maple syrup.
